Rick Ross Says Meek Mill & Wale’s Beef Is Over

Things weren’t looking good for the untouchable Maybach
empire last night. After Wale spoke about Meek Mill’s beef
with Drake on a recent Breakfast Club interview , Meek
attempted to revoke the D.C. rapper’s membership from
MMG, writing , “He not MMG I’M MAKING THAT CALL,” on
Instagram.
Rick Ross, the boss of MMG, quickly showed support to
Wale , letting the public know that he wasn’t going
anywhere.
After posting a video praising Wale for his performance in
Atlanta, Rozay then shared a heartwarming picture of him
and Meek, clearly an attempt not to take sides in the
conflict between his label’s two biggest talents.
Less than 24 hours after Meek Mill sent the first shots,
Rozay has now said that the beef is over — “the famiy
good.”
“Young Meek Mill, young Wale — the family good, ya dig.
Y’all know how I do it. All I know is winnin’. All I know is
love, ya dig. So this what we gon’ do: We gon’ drop
somethin’ new for y’all, we gon’ drop Self Made 4 . We gon’
give y’all somethin’ special, sooner than you think,” Ross
told TMZ.
It’s obviously in Ross’ best interest to have the public
believe that his two biggest artists are back on the same
page. Using his business savvy, he’s used the beef, and the
increased exposure it has placed upon his camp, to start
hyping up Self Made Vol. 4 . After all this, it would be
interesting to hear Meek and Wale together on a track.
Y’all really think Ross took care of the family business? Or
is he just saving face?
